On Monday, the first day of the Republican National Convention, Donald Trump announced Ohio Senator J.D. Vance as his running mate.
The previously never-Trump Senator would be the third-youngest vice president in history and has apparently beat the “beard barrier” as the first vice presidential candidate with a full beard since William H. English in 1880.
