I was sad. I was anxious. But now, I am hopeful. For weeks, the voters had to hear about how President Biden should drop out of the race. And on top of that, we had to hear about which white politician should replace him when he has a very accomplished Vice President in Kamala Harris who is able and ready to step up. When primary and general election voters selected President Biden in 2020, we knew exactly what we were getting. Voters were focused on beating Trump and knew that Joe Biden was old. In 2024, we again knew that President Joe Biden, but that we needed to beat Trump. Nothing has changed except that the Biden-Harris Administration has been one of the most successful administrations in history.
